Dear Friends,
Greetings on behalf of the Sundre & District Ministerial
Association.
For 67 years, Ministerial has hosted the annual Community Carol
Service. It is our intention to continue the tradition this year, but
under different conditions to allow for Covid restrictions. This year
we invite the participation of your church in our Annual Community
Christmas Celebration, outdoors, at the Gazebo in Greenwood
Campground, Sunday December 6 starting at 3 pm. In case of
blizzard, the alternate date is the following Sunday, the 13th
.
We will be serving hot chocolate, building bon fires and singing
traditional carols. Covid protocols will be in place. As usual, each
church is invited to contribute, if they wish, with a musical number,
although you are asked to bring any musical accompaniment on a
stick, as a piano may not be available outdoors. You may also bring
a reading, drama, or whatever we can fit into the Gazebo, or just
come out and help us celebrate the beginning of the Christmas
season.
In order to prepare the program, please contact Gerald Ingeveld by
November 20th if you wish to contribute on stage.
